The following Stanislaus newspapers have been adjudicated newspapers of general circulation and qualify for publication of legal notices.  Where there is a question or concern about the sufficiency of the publication, the judge will be the ultimate arbiter.  CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE §§ 6000 et seq., GC§6027.
